It all began with a family recipe passed down through generations on the streets of Mexico City. Tacos prepared with fresh ingredients, handmade sauces and the love of those who grew up seeing how food brings families together.
When we arrived in New Jersey, we brought more than a recipe - we brought a way of understanding cooking: no shortcuts, no artificial ingredients, with the same respect for flavor that we learned as children. Thus was born D&K Taqueria.
Today, with two branch offices in Lodi and Paterson, We are still the same place we have always been: a neighborhood taqueria where every dish is prepared with the same dedication as the first day.

The first steps
With a family recipe and a lot of effort, we opened our doors in Lodi, NJ. A small place with big flavors that quickly conquered the palate of the neighborhood.
Extended menu
The community was asking for more. We listened and expanded our menu with new traditional dishes: burritos, quesadillas, tortas and more recipes straight from the CDMX.
We arrived in Paterson
The growth and loyalty of our customers made it possible to open our second location in Paterson, NJ - bringing D&K flavor to more New Jersey families.
We continue to grow
Two locations, thousands of satisfied customers and the same old recipe. Every day is a new opportunity to share our culture and our flavor with New Jersey.
